We want YuHire to be a respectful, safe, and positive place for everyone. Our Community Guidelines help us protect these values and provide guidance on how to use the YuHire platform. By using YuHire, you agree to these guidelines and our Terms of Use. Not following these guidelines may result in removal from tasks, disabled accounts, or other restrictions.

✦ Complete Tasks with Integrity

Your work accelerates the development of AI applications by creating high-quality training data.

Workers should

▸ Complete all tasks by yourself to the best of your ability without seeking the assistance of other persons, technological automation such as bots or scripts, or third-party materials or tools — unless specifically required by a YuHire administrator.

▸ Only work on tasks for which you have completed the required scope of work or read the informational materials.

▸ Complete tasks in a diligent, timely, and honest manner to the best of your ability.

▸ Complete all certification and qualification tests that may be required for the given project.

▸ Treat everyone with respect.

▸ Communicate in a language that is accessible to those working on the project.

▸ Use the appropriate channel for raising questions or concerns.

▸ Only represent yourself as an independent contractor of YuHire, and not an employee of YuHire or any related entity.

⛔ Not Permitted

✕ Share account credentials with any other person.

✕ Create multiple accounts, or falsely change account information; or inaccurately represent who you are, where you are located, or your experience.

✕ Sell or purchase accounts.

✕ Manipulate or exploit the platform, tools, or instructions to gain advantage or artificially inflate pay

🛡 Keep Our Community Safe

The following indecent, inauthentic, or fraudulent behavior is prohibited on YuHire and YuHire-related platforms.

✕ Falsely representing yourself as a YuHire administrator.

✕ Posting messages that are obscene, indecent, vulgar, pornographic, sexual, hateful, or otherwise objectionable.

✕ Sending spam messages or links, and/or personal referral links in an aggressive or otherwise inappropriate fashion.

✕ Uploading or attempting to transmit files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, corrupted files, or data.

✕ Improperly using support channels to make false or frivolous reports.

✕ Exploiting, distributing, or publicly informing other members of any error, miscue, or bug that gives an unintended advantage.

✕ Sharing or distributing any customer's personally identifiable information or content to others — including customer names, company names, physical or email addresses, worker IDs or email addresses, phone numbers, and project content.

🔒 Respect Confidentiality

YuHire takes its confidentiality obligations to its clients seriously and asks that you do the same.

✕ Disclosing the identity of customers.

✕ Downloading, transmitting, copying, or distributing any YuHire materials outside of YuHire systems.

✕ Sharing any project information or data with any third-party or other workers. This includes task instructions, links, images, videos, audio, screenshots, screen recordings, and other shared documents or websites.

✕ Discussing YuHire projects outside of the approved project communication channels.

✕ Maintaining any records or logs related to YuHire materials outside of YuHire systems.

✕ Printing any YuHire materials.

✕ Sending any YuHire materials to your personal email address.

✕ Storing or saving YuHire materials on personal devices or with non-YuHire managed third-party cloud storage providers.

✕ Sharing or disclosing confidential customer data or information.

⚙ Keep Our Systems Secure

You may not violate YuHire systems' security or integrity or use YuHire systems to violate the security or integrity of any network, computer, or communications system.

✕ Working around any technical limitations within YuHire systems that only allow you to use YuHire systems in certain ways.

✕ Using a VPN or other technologies to mislead YuHire systems about your location or identity — VPN may only be used if specifically requested by a YuHire administrator.

✕ Inundating either YuHire systems or other systems with communications or requests in a deliberate attempt to overload that system or otherwise disrupt its proper operation.

✕ Attempting to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of YuHire systems or to breach any security or authentication measures.

✕ Monitoring, crawling, or scraping data or content in YuHire systems.

✕ Monitoring data or traffic on YuHire systems.

✕ Damaging, interfering with, intercepting, or expropriating any system, program, audit logs, or data via user content or other computer technology, including viruses, Trojans, worms, or other malware.

🌍 Permitted Countries

YuHire is not available in all regions, and some projects are geographically limited. Please review our Working Location Policy.
